Bench type MPI unit is commonly referred to as magnetic particle inspection bench unit. This is used to test different sorts of machine parts by generating a powerful field of magnetism. It can detect the cracks and detect the magnetization. This machine is flexible to integrate with a variety of testing environments.
It is designed with stainless steel collection and mild steel structure. Bench type MPI unit is available in 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 10,000 amps output and other variations. It uses ammeter for current readings. It also has the multidirectional magnetization facility.
It has Thyristorised current controls with infinite variables. It has both AC and FWDC (Full Wave DC) modes used for surface and sub-surface indications. Bench type MPI unit contains salient features like Abrasion-resistant, long service life, durability, flexible, easy maintenance, easy to install and work resistant. The user of bench-type MPI can be capable of interchanging its pads and disassemble the pads.
