Dual magnetization yoke is a popular magnetic device used in flaw detection. It uses a magnetic particle testing procedure to produce high-density AC and HWD with the help of a magnetic field.
It delivers AC mode for surface flaw detection and HWD mode for sub-surface flaw detections. Dual magnetization yoke equipment’s contain lifting capacity for AC mode with 5kgs and DC mode with 27kgs.
Dual magnetization yoke is customized with articulates and contains double joint legs to adjust any shape in assuring good contact. The articulated poles of AC HWD dual magnetization yoke legs can be adjustable from 50 mm to 300 mm in length. It can be used in rugged and strong constructions.
These are sensitive towards the cracks. Dual magnetization yoke is handy, flexible, lightweight and easy to use for the operator. All the products are verified and tested to ensure defect-less product delivery among our customers.
